My entire professional career has been dedicated to curating a bespoke experiential customer experiences. Prior to joining Earnhardt Auto Centers, I honed my skills working my way up the Las Vegas ladder from Mirage Pool Boy in 1991 to V.P. Casino Marketing for MGM/Mirage Resort, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas and Wynn Resorts in the hotel, gaming, and nightlife mecca of Las Vegas; the mother of all customer service industries.
