Hello, I am Michael Brienza, Community and Chambers Sales Director for the Earnhardt Auto Centers. I oversee the Chamber of Commerce VIP Program and work directly with Earnhardt executive management and sales team. The mission statement is to ensure our chamber members receive incredible customer service, an easy no hassle buying experience, as well as transparent haggle free VIP pricing and service. My entire professional career has been dedicated to management; service and caring about people to ensure that their needs are properly addressed at all levels. My career, after college and military service, started in IBM Management School and graduating throughout the managerial positions to executive levels in Fortune 50 Companies. My primary career path stemmed from all phases of material management gravitating to the bulk of my career in marketing and sales both domestically and at international levels.

In my whole career customer service is primary; treating people with integrity, respect, smile and a let’s make it happen attitude. Thus, I believe in a positive approach in a world that unfortunately has become negative because people do not take the time or listen (with their mind not just their ears) or care. Hello, I’m Dave Pappas, the Corporate Sales Director for Earnhardt Auto Centers. I oversee the VIP program, and work directly with the Earnhardt executive management and sales team to ensure our members receive incredible customer service, an easy, no-hassle buying experience, as well as transparent, haggle-free, VIP pricing.

My entire professional career has been dedicated to curating a bespoke experiential customer experiences. Prior to joining Earnhardt Auto Centers, I honed my skills working my way up the Las Vegas ladder from Mirage Pool Boy in 1991 to V.P. Casino Marketing for MGM/Mirage Resort, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas and Wynn Resorts in the hotel, gaming, and nightlife mecca of Las Vegas; the mother of all customer service industries.

When it comes to taking care of customers, I treat people the way I want to be treated: with a smile, with respect, and with a can-do attitude. I truly believe being a positive force goes a very long way. But don’t take my word for it, contact me and find out for yourself!

Hello, my name is Charlotte Price, and I am the Earnhardt’s own Cowgirl Concierge! While I love to ride horses in my free time, I also help oversee the entire VIP program. I work directly with the Earnhardt executive management and sales departments to ensure our VIP members receive incredible customer service, an easy, no-hassle buying experience and white-glove service!

I have been a part of the Earnhardt family since 2014, gaining valuable experience in the business office, finance and sales department. In 2015, I also took on the role of Gilbert Days Rodeo Queen. During that time, I enjoyed actively participating in meetings, obtaining sponsors, visiting rodeos, and overall production of my ‘hometown’ rodeo, the Gilbert Days Rodeo. To this day, I am still a board member for the Gilbert Days Rodeo and also a committee member of the Parada del Sol Rodeo in Scottsdale, Arizona. I pride myself on helping my rodeo families and friends produce successful rodeos each year.

You can quite often see me stationed at different rodeos, barrel races and team roping events throughout the state, as a majority of my job revolves around being a point of contact and making new connections within the horse community! I know first-hand that the rodeo and horse community is a very loyal group of people who appreciate having someone to they can relate to with when it comes to making a vehicle purchase to match their lifestyle.
I wholeheartedly believe in the importance of phenomenal customer service all the way around… Not just before the sale, but during, and well after the sale has been completed. What is the Earnhardt No Bull VIP Program?

No Bull VIP is an exclusive vehicle purchasing and servicing program, available only from Earnhardt Auto Centers, that offers special benefits and discounts to select referral customers, marketing partners and businesses (as well as their employees), as well as members of the rodeo or ranching community and their families. It is truly the easiest way to get a great price and concierge level treatment on a new or used vehicle – making the process both time efficient and money saving!

How much does it cost to join?

There is NO CHARGE to join. Simply enroll in the VIP Program by completing the short form on the home page.

Who may join the No Bull VIP Program?

The program is by referral/invitation only and is not marketed in traditional advertising. Those eligible to enroll will receive a referral or invitation from the VIP Sales Director, an executive of the Earnhardt organization or from an Earnhardt Family member. Additionally, customers that have already participated in the VIP program may invite a personal friend or family member to join; which can be accomplished here: http://nobullvip.com/refer-a-friend

What can I expect after I enroll?
  • Once you enroll in the No Bull VIP program, you will receive an email from your VIP Representative welcoming you to the program.
  • Your VIP Representative will follow-up with you soon after to discuss your vehicle needs. Once they have a solid understanding of what your goals are, they will then match you with a friendly, knowledgeable Earnhardt representative at the dealership of your choice.
  • The Earnhardt Sales Consultant will work with you to narrow down your vehicle search and schedule a convenient time to view the vehicles, compare options, and of course, test drive.
  • They will then present the pricing, payment, and financing options for the specific vehicle you want to purchase or lease. As a VIP member, the buying process happens at your pace.
  • When you have all the information necessary to make your decision, and you’re comfortable with the terms, we move forward and finalize the purchase.

Your VIP Representative will be in communication with you and the Earnhardt staff throughout the entire process to ensure all goes well. And should any unexpected bumps in the road pop up, they will work with everyone to help facilitate a solution.

Do all vehicles qualify for VIP prices?

Most new and pre-owned vehicles are eligible for VIP pricing, eliminate the need for haggling and will include any available, qualified manufacturer incentives. Market scarcity of a particular product or available incentives may cause pricing to fluctuate but rest assured that as a VIP customer you will receive the most competitive options. Please contact your VIP Representative to confirm pricing and availability.
